In 2007 EL.DA SERVICE achieved an important goal: company Quality System Certification according to the international UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 regulations. This certification was issued by TÜV NORD GmbH.

The certified parts of the business include: Planning and supplying of the Data Entry and Digital Archiving services and the Planning and delivery of Front and Back Office Administrative services in public and private settings.

All the staff is involved in the Quality Policy and every company process is constantly monitored with the aim of improving the efficiency of our services and growing customer satisfaction.
